Graduate Study Room

Room 326 is the Graduate Study Room. It is located on the 3rd floor of the library, on the Calhoun Street side of the building. 

  • The Graduate Study Room is for use by CofC graduate students only.
  • The room is accessed via a keypad using a code. The Graduate Student Association (GSA) is responsible for distributing the code to CofC graduate students and for working with us to ensure that the room is used responsibly. 
  • Graduate students from other institutions do not have access to this room but may use the tables or carrels in the open areas of the library to study.

Study Rooms on the Second and Third Floors:

Study rooms for 3 or more students may be reserved through the Study Room Availability calendar, found in the Services tab on the College of Charleston Libraries website. Please be sure to check your email and confirm your reservation within 30 minutes of requesting the room. 

Other Places to Study On and Off Campus:

For night owls, the 24 Hour Study Lounge in the Education Center Atrium is equipped with study tables, lounge chairs, desktop computers, and Wi-Fi. This lounge space is monitored by our Public Safety during the academic year from 10 pm until 6 am.
