How to Produce a Video by Segments

1.  Planning and Preparation Stage (02:30)
Video productions begin with defining the goal of video and its audience. The budget determines aspects such as the length of the video, shooting time, editing time, and expenses.

2.  Script Research and Writing Process (02:09)
Script writers familiarize themselves with the subject of the film through reading and research. Dramatizations and testimonials may be used depending on the budget and audience.

3.  Production and Equipment (04:31)
High crew and equipment costs require efficiency in shooting a film. A camera with special features and a tripod are the basics. Lighting instruments create various effects and images.

4.  Post Production (04:10)
Editing involves matching the narrated script to the video footage and audio track. Two editing methods include linear and non-linear editing. Time coding saves time and money.

5.  Review of Video Production Process (01:33)
The process of producing a video includes planning and preparation, scripting, production, and post production. Budgets run the entire process. Digital images will soon replace video tapes.
