Faculty Services: Campus Delivery

This guide is a resource listing the various library services available to faculty.

Interlibrary Loan Staff

Office Hours: 8am-4pm

NOTE: When the ILL Office is closed you can still pick up and drop off PASCAL and ILL books seven days a week by visiting the Information Desk (Information Desk Hours).

Document Delivery

The interlibrary loan department will deliver items directly to your departmental mailbox, including:

  • Books ordered via PASCAL or traditional interlibrary loan.
  • Books or videos located at College of Charleston.
  • Books from the Marine Resources Library on James Island.

Additionally, we can scan and deliver articles from Addlestone or the Marine Resources Library and send them to you electronically if you request the item through Illiad (your interlibrary loan account). Please allow at least 2 business days for delivery of your items.

Please Note: You must have an active Circulation Account in good standing in order to use this service. The Circulation Desk can be reached at 953-8001.

How To Request Campus Delivery

If you are requesting an item currently held by Addlestone Library or from the Marine Resources Library to be delivered or scanned, please indicate this in the notes field on your request. It will help our staff expedite your request.

"Mail to Address"

If you are creating an interlibrary loan account for the first time and would like to choose campus delivery, choose "Mail to Address" for "Preferred Loan Delivery Method." If you would like to pick up items from our office, Addlestone Library Room 103, please choose "Hold for Pickup."

If you already have an interlibrary loan account and would like to change your preferences, click on "Change User Information" and select "Mail to Address" or "Hold for Pickup" as your "Preferred Loan Delivery Method."
