ILL and Document Delivery for OE Students
Interlibrary loan (ILL) will send physical items to online education (OE) students who live outside the Tri-County area (Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkley Counties). Return postage will be included with the item(s) shipped to OE students.
Obtaining ILL/Document Delivery Services for OE Students
OE students must agree to additional terms and conditions when signing up for an ILL account. They include the following:
A statement regarding the student’s responsibility for items lost while in their possession, as verified by the parcel’s tracking records.
The importance of supplying the correct mailing address which is outside the Tri-County area.
The importance of supplying a correct email address and telephone number.
For articles and passages held at College of Charleston Libraries, ILL will scan and deliver electronically, within copyright.
South Carolina OE students may request that PASCAL materials be delivered to any PASCAL institution.
