All PASCAL Delivers and interlibrary loan requests are being processed and will be available for pickup at the Access & Instrcution Desk or by appointment. For appointments, after you are notified by email that the item(s) is ready for you, please click here to schedule a Pick Up Appointment (https://library.cofc.edu/library-material-return-and-pick-up/). If the available pickup appointment times do not work for you, please notify Liza Gadsden.
Please note: Document delivery of physical items to faculty offices is suspended until further notice. Electronic delivery services for applicable requests remain uninterrupted.
A recent update to our ILLiad software requires users with self-generated passwords (not necessary if using your MyCharleston credentials (LDAP authentication)) to reset their password upon logging in for the first time since the update. The steps for resetting your password are given by the system, or you can follow the instructions here:
Use the Reset Password Form (found under ILL FAQs). Once you enter your Username and click "Reset Password," you should receive an email with the subject line: "Password Reset for ILLiad web (Automated Message)." Be aware that it may take a few minutes for the email to appear. Click on the link provided in the email the enter a New Password. You may still have to log in again using your credentials as before (but with your New Password).
