Library Technology Room informational sessions for library staff are held upon request. If you would like to schedule a room orientation, please submit your request to the Library Support Ticket System and we will get back to you shortly to arrange a time and date!
Please submit all internal Library requests for webinar/meeting setups, library technology room setups, and presentation/presenter assistance to the Library Support Ticket System at least 24 hours prior to the requesting time/date. Please note that the requests can only be submitted from campus at this time. Submitting your requests using the Library Support Ticket System will allow us to coordinate our schedules and provide the best service possible between 8 am and 4 pm, Mon - Fri.

The primary use of the Library technology rooms is for library instruction, meetings, events, workshops and training. The rooms may be reserved by Library Staff only. Contact information for room scheduling is included on each room tab in this guide.
Students may study in 120, 122, 127, and 360 on a first come first served basis without a reservation when these rooms are not in use for library instruction.
The Library technology rooms are not available for regularly scheduled non-library courses.

The library staff member responsible for scheduling the room is welcome but not required to submit a support ticket to have the room set up and equipment checked before an after hours event.
