To request a hardcopy/physical reserve item, use our new Reading Lists Tool or fill out a Physical Reserve Request Form for each applicable course.
If you previously had materials on reserve and DO NOT need any physical course reserves for the upcoming semester, please fill out this brief form so we know what to do with the material(s). Items not requested/renewed through the Physical Reserve Request Form will be reshelved and personal materials will be returned to departmental mailboxes via campus mail.
Please note the following:
Professors using the Reading List Tool to request physical materials must use Tags to indicate the desire for these items to be processed and pulled for reserves. Reserve items can be checked out from the Reserve collection for a limited amount of time. Add physical library material, or a personal copy, then select the tag that corresponds with desired checkout period and any other tags that may apply. Tags are visible to students on their Reading List (except the Personal Copy tag). You can find step-by-step instructions for adding material and tags in the new Reading Lists Tool here.
