All PASCAL Delivers and interlibrary loan requests are being processed and will be available for pickup by appointment. When your requested item(s) is received and processed, you will receive an email notification that includes a link to schedule your pickup appointment. Please notify Liza Gadsden if the available pickup appointment times do not work for you.
Please note: Document delivery of physical items to faculty offices is suspended until further notice. Electronic delivery services for applicable requests remain uninterrupted.
A recent update to our ILLiad software requires users with self-generated passwords (not necessary if use your MyCharleston credentials (LDAP authentication)) to reset their password upon logging in for the first time since the update. The steps for resetting your password are given by the system, or you can follow the instructions here:
Use the Reset Password Form (found under ILL FAQs). Once you enter your Username and click "Reset Password," you should receive an email with the subject line: "Password Reset for ILLiad web (Automated Message)." Be aware that it may take a few minutes for the email to appear. Click on the link provided in the email the enter a New Password. You may still have to log in again using your credentials as before (but with your New Password).
