Undergraduate Employment is a traditional form of experiential learning that also helps meet expenses. Job opportunities within the College Libraries allow for students to learn skills that are transferable to future professional endeavors. These skills include time management, communication, team work, and customer service. On-campus employment also fosters a sense of community and belonging on campus, as students become more engaged in campus life and develop relationships with faculty, staff, and other students.
