- Open the file/page you would like to print.
- If you are printing a document from OAKS, download and open the file rather than print the web page.
Step 2. Send your print job(s).
- Press the Ctrl (Control) and P keys.
- In most programs, you may also select File > Print.
- Select ClydePrint (if not already selected) as the printer OR Color-ClydePrint for the color printing release station.*
- Click Preferences to change the orientation, print on both sides, etc.
- If you are printing a document from OAKS, click Advanced to check that the paper size is Letter. Print jobs sent in any other size are "denied."
- Click Print.
- You will receive a brief notification at the bottom-right of the screen that your print job is being held for you.
- This means that the job has been sent to the cloud and is in your queue.

- Go to one of the print release stations in Addlestone Library. Approximate locations are on our floor plans.
- B&W ($0.05/page): There are three black & white printers on the first floor and one on the second and third floors.
- Color ($0.30/page): The color printer is on the first floor.
- Sign in by tapping your Cougar Card at the computer monitor next to the printer.**
- Tap Print to release your job(s).
- Unreleased print jobs will be deleted after 24 hours.
*If you are not a current CofC student or faculty/staff member, select ADL-PUBLIC for black & white printing.
