Addlestone Library Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Event Rooms: Addlestone 121

Designated library faculty and staff can reserve Addlestone 121 through the Library Room Bookings link in the staff portal.

The room is arranged with ten chairs around a conference table, with a screen at one end of the table and a whiteboard at the other end. 

Addlestone 121 has a 75" 4K television equipped with Cynap Pure Mini, the College's wireless screensharing device. You can display on this TV using the computer in the room or by screencasting from your own computer.

The PC mounted behind the TV features Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and VLC player. The computer is equipped with an HD webcam and Bluetooth speakerphone for web conference calls. 

Wireless Screen Share

1. Connect your laptop or mobile device to the eduroam network.
2. Share your screen using the method appropriate for your operating system.
   • Use AirPlay if you have an Apple device.  
   • Use Chromecast if you have a Chromebook or Android device. 
   • If you have Windows, access the screen mirroring (Connect) menu by pressing Windows+K.
3. Connect to ADL-121-WSS.
4. Enter the PIN displayed on the TV when prompted.

Trouble Connecting?

If you have trouble connecting using your device's native apps, download the "vSolution App" from your device's app store for another way to share your screen.
